2024 Brigantine Farmers Market

 Provide marketing materials to be distributed at the market: 

All Members can provide advertising materials to be distributed in our recyclable bags at the market. We recommend between 400-600, however any number is permitted. Materials will be collected prior to the first market and you will be notified of the drop off and bag stuffing event. All members are welcome and encouraged to participate.

 Participate in person with tent space at the market: 

As a Member of the Brigantine Chamber of Commerce you have the opportunity to be a part of  “Chamber Row” at the Brigantine Farmers Market! Here are the details: 
Market hours are between 8:00 am – 12:00 Noon.
Set up must be completed prior to 7:45am - Clean up is after 12pm 
Members provide their own 10x10 max tents/weights/tables and must comply with all market rules

Dates of the market: Starting the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and running every Saturday (rain or shine) through the Saturday of Labor Day weekend. May 25, 2024 - August 31, 2024 for a total of 15 markets this summer season. 

The Chamber has Allotted Spots - 5 Inside the market and 5 Outside the market circle (inside will be filled first)

  • Each Chamber member may request up to 6 dates in order of preference. Of those, 3 will be selected and each business will be notified.
  • As per market Rules, each Chamber business is able to participate in 3 dates.
  • Prime holiday weekends:  They are in the greatest demand. You must be willing to have an outside spot to participate in any of these dates.
  • Each Chamber member must also send to the Chamber, Proof of Insurance and a Hold Harmless policy signed and returned, before your spots can be confirmed.
  • Any Participating Business must submit a primary contact person with phone number/email.
  • Failure to appear on a date chosen, will be deemed as cancelation of all remaining market spots unless the Chamber is notified at least 48 hours in advance or by decision of the committee.
  • A 4th day at the Market is required where each chamber member assists in the manning of the Chamber Trailer. The primary focus of that day is Chamber Events as a whole, although you certainly represent your business while attending.

DUE NO LATER THAN: WEDNESDAY MAY 1st 2024

You will be contacted by the Brigantine Chamber of Commerce - Farmers Market Sub-Committee of your approved dates by Monday May 6th
