"Hello Summer" Bonfire - Member Information and Registration

  • Register for this event if your business will be participating by distributing tickets to shoppers between June 3rd and June 10th 2023.

“Hello Summer” Bonfire

1.      When and where is the “Hello Summer” bonfire?
The first bonfire of the year will be held on June 10th from
7:30 – 9:30 on the beach at 26th Street. To add to the festivities,
 live music will be performed by Adam Holcombe and Papa Guyo.
2.      How many people will be involved?
Last year was our inaugural bonfire and approximately 500 people attended! It was a huge success, and we are expecting even more this year!
3.      How does my business get involved?
If you are interested in being part of the event, simply register below.  You can do as little or as much as you want for the event.  We will not be promoting your events or sales but will be directing them to your store.  This event will not have sponsors other than Gold and Silver Members.
4.      What is the benefit of registering?
The Chamber will be advertising all participating businesses and directing shoppers your way. By visiting your stores between June 3rd and June 10th, shoppers will be eligible to win one of 3- $100 vouchers to the participating business of their choice. We are encouraging them to dine in, purchase carry out, patronize shops and retailers, and shop local!
5.      How does it work?
The Chamber will be supplying the participating businesses with “Hello Summer” tickets that shoppers can pick up in your store. You and your staff will just need to distribute the tickets to anyone that patronizes your store between June 3rd through June 10th.  They simply fill it out, bring it to the bonfire on June 10th and drop it in our ticket basket.  Winners will be announced at the bonfire.  Once you register your "Hello Summer" tickets will be dropped off to you. 
6.      Will shoppers have to make a purchase?
We want them to visit your store and hopefully make a purchase, but no purchase is necessary. We will get them in your door. The rest is on you! 
7.      How will it be promoted?
The Chamber will be advertising in the paper and sharing it on social media.
8.      What does it cost for my business to participate?
NOTHING!!! The Chamber will cover the cost of the prizes.
