The Brigantine Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the 1st Annual Shake the Shamrock island-wide celebration in honor of St Patrick’s Day. The event will be held the weekend of March 10-11th, 2023 and will complement the city’s St Patty’s Day parade.
The Chamber is committed to making this an extraordinary celebration of all things Irish and Celtic with hopes of making it an annual event. Our role will be to organize and promote the event and make sure it goes off without a hitch. We will utilize our local media partners to assist in getting the word out throughout Atlantic County and beyond.
Our goal is to make this a truly ISLAND WIDE CELEBRATION with a Calendar of Events that will be advertised and promoted. We envision bagpipers, Irish dancers, specialty drinks, music and activities for the kids - anything that would enhance your business and entice people to walk through your doors-and stay on the island awhile.
We would love our local artists and artisans to come out and show the community what they create and how it’s done. We can feature each on our social media channels leading up to the weekend using videos and live streams.
An added bonus will be our “Lucky 7” cards - which will list all participating businesses. Once the shopper visits 7 stores on the card, they are entered to win a grand prize - more details to follow.
